All standard weldments of StingRay Parts Washer that are wetted during washing are made from 304 grade stainless steel or equivalent materials that are resistant to corrosion. All cabinet walls, structural items and weldments in contact with wash solution are stainless steel. Pump piping, PBM and turntable are stainless steel. Cabinet door frame, skin, internal reservoir cover and reservoir lids are stainless steel. Excluded are the pump, gas heat exchanger, turntable bearings, swivel, and optional equipment. Optional equipment like the sludge scraper is also available in stainless steel configurations. Grade 316 stainless steel is available as an upgrade.
Stainless Steel Pump
All metal components of the pumping system in the wet end are fabricated from 304 stainless steel and stainless steel alloys.
Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger
For use in stainless steel cabinet wash machines, the gas heat exchanger or steam heat exchanger is fabricated from a non-hardening Chrome-Nickel AISI 304 grade stainless steel. The 304 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance in an alkaline wash environment.
Extended Work Height Stainless Steel
Configuring a wash machine work height for cleaning taller parts than the standard catalogue is an easy change. Standard work height stainless steel parts washer with increased or decreased working height to accommodate specific part sizes or special washing conditions is routinely completed. StingRay easily alters any standard size machine to a new height for cleaning taller or shorter parts. All cabinet components are stainless steel.
